Please also note: Eligible patient consults for sore throat management need to be added to your patient management system to enable claiming and reporting under the Waikato DHBs rapid response service agreements. They should be claimed as: 1. “sore throat swab – eligible,” or 2. “sore throat swab – household” Please ensure this is done at the time of consult/result receipt to ensure that monthly reporting to Waikato District Health Board and the Ministry of Health is reflective of volumes and seasonality.
