Nerida Griffiths - Registered Nurse

NeridaI am excited to have joined the Hauraki PHO, working in the Whanau Ora/Long Term Conditions management team.  I will be working with our practice partners in Hamilton, Ngaruawahia & Huntly.

I am looking forward to working with clients and their whanau to help them to manage their long term conditions, and therefore improve their health outcomes.

My background is in Primary Health Care nursing and I have spent the past 16 years working in a Health Centre attached to a large tertiary institute in Hamilton.  Prior to this I was a Midwife (albeit briefly) and was  also a Practice Nurse in a sole GP practice for 4 years.

I live on a lifestyle block just outside Hamilton with my husband and my 2 school age sons.
