CBACs - future intent
Please find CBAC update below from Fiona:
This is to advise you of the plan for Community COVID-19 testing in Waikato DHB after 29 May. You have all provided an awesome service during Levels 4,3, and now 2 and I appreciate that there are pressures on all services to reset as we move to Level 1. A number of queries have come my way and while a few details are still subject to discussion and agreement over a transition period until mid-June, I have summarised the key changes and intent below. Please send your lessons learned in on the template provided to you last week. As we don’t know what the future holds in terms of ‘second waves’ etc we are keeping some ‘virtual CBACs’ in readiness. I will be in touch with each service to assist with decommissioning and transition. Amy will lead the Comms.
So in summary:
o Te Aroha on 2 June (current hours until then)
o Tokoroa to primary care on 2 June (current hours until then)
o Thames Te Korowai (closed this long weekend – usual practice hours from 2 June) – but is doing some ongoing mobile testing
o Matamata – cease scheduled mobile service at the end of this week and move to primary care 2 June
o Taumarunui – transition from current arrangements by 12 June
o 1 June closed
o 2 – 12 June Monday to Saturday 0800-1200
o Further advice pending for services from 15 June
o Reduce number of vans from 2 June
o Staff and schedule from 2 – 12 June using two Mojo campers
o Further advice pending for scheduling out until 30 June
o Return Renal Camper Van to Renal Services week commencing 2 June
o Review number of cars needed.
I will send the usual spreadsheet with specific details for each locality once I have final contact information etc. I have attached the latest CBAC data analysis fyi.
