Important changes to Book My Vaccine - Hotfix 21.9.1.0

As of 1 September 2021, everyone aged 12 and over in Aotearoa New Zealand can book their COVID vaccination via Book my Vaccine. To support this, there is a release of a new functionality planned to go live in Book My Vaccine (BMV) tonight, Tuesday, 31 August, 2021.
