Are you great with people,  super organised  and interested in supporting a successful health organisation to thrive?  If so we are looking for you!!  
 
Hauraki PHO supports five GP practices servicing 16 clinics across  the Hauraki and Waikato rohe and  is seeking to
appoint a suitably qualified person to fulfil the above role for our enrolled population in the Waikato rohe.
 
We are seeking to employ an Administration Co-ordinator, based in Thames providing a wide range of administrative support to the Management team and the wider PHO whanau.  Responsibilites include  co- ordination of projects and education activities ,  meetings management and minute taking, vehicle fleet management, HR support functions to name but a few.

To succeed in this appointment you must have a commitment to improving the accessibility of service provision to Hauraki whanau and a clear understanding of Te Taha Maori. Essential key competencies of this position include:
  • Excellent report writing and computer literacy skills
  • Administrative support skills assisting the management team members  - financial support, collation of reports, HR tasks
  • A high standard of personal presentation and appearance
  • An empathetic and flexible team player
  • Advanced communication skills which include listening and verbalising to maximise opportunities to impart information and encourage participation
  • A strong commitment to the principles to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • High level of organisation and good time management
  •  Current full clean driver’s licence
