"Advice Only" function on BPAC referrals have been given high priority so that they are logged with minimal delay and clinicians can reply to any GP query using the existing BPAC system. The query and advice given will also be logged on the CWS providing good future visibility. The secondary clinicians have been asked to prioritise these queries over other referrals.
