New CT Machine coming in July - Pacific Radiology Waikato

We are very excited to announce that Pacific Radiology Waikato is getting a brand new CT machine!
 
Our new Siemens SOMATOM Drive CT will be up and operational from mid to end of July 2021 at our Von Tempsky Street clinic in Hamilton East.

With this new CT machine we will now be able to offer you and your patients:

• Cardiac CT scans
• Lower dose scans
• Faster scanning times
• Dual energy scanning

 
While our new CT machine is being installed Pacific Radiology Waikato will not be able to offer any CT scanning from 11 June 2021 until mid to end of July 2021.
 
We are doing all we can to reduce the amount of time our CT service is down, but we will do all we can to get through our CT waitlist after the closure period. Please feel free to keep contacting us and our radiologists about your patients during the closure.
 
This new CT machine will be well worth the wait and when it is up and operational we will be able to see your patients quickly and provide a much more efficient service.
