On Monday 12 November all of the Pinnacle group underwent a significant IT migration. It was later discovered this affected the ability for our Clinical Coordination Centre to receive faxes.
Any faxes you sent to the Clinical Coordination Centre fax number (07 838 8485) between 8am Monday 12 November and 8am Friday 16 November have NOT been received. There is no way to recover the information.
We apologise for this inconvenience and ask that you please resend any faxes you may have sent during this time period.
