November eReferral Update

1. The Hauraki PHO Primary Mental Health Service eReferral is live from Thursday the 29^th November for Primary Care Psychiatrist advice ONLY.

           Please continue to use the existing the Outbox Referral System for the Hauraki PHO Adult Primary Mental Health Service until                   advised this is live. We anticipate this will be by the 1^st of January 2019 (or sooner).
