Kia kōrero | Let’s talk advance care planning Campaign

7 Feb 2019

The first national public-facing advance care planning campaign will be launched on 19 February 2019 in Wellington by Hon. Dr David Clark, Minister of Health.

Following its launch, we would really appreciate your help and support to promote the campaign locally,

  • The National Advance Care planning day this year is on the  5th April 2019
  • The ManageMyHealth™ Patient portal  will be extended to include the facility for people to complete, edit and access their own ACP online

Resources have been developed to promote ACP and  we will ensure these are available for your practices

The attached campaign update has details of the resources developed to support the campaign,  some promotional ideas, content for social media, key messages for the public and health sector, and some background about the campaign and those who have generously shared their advance care planning stories.
