 Recommendations to improve survey results:

As per best practice patient demographics should be checked at every opportunity, however please ensure reception staff are instructed to:

    • Ensure all patients emails are checked and updated during survey week
    • Ensure all Mobile numbers are checked and updated  during survey week
    • Ensure PES flyers are available during survey week (contact practicesupport@haurakipho.org.nz or phone 0800 474 648 for further supplies)
    • Ensure PES Poster is displayed in the practice waiting room

Note:   As patients may want to participate in future surveys it is recommended that instead of opting out practice staff suggest that the patient simply delete the email request.
