The NIR has been receiving calls from adult patients referred by their practices to request historic childhood immunisation records. The NIR has requested a reminder is sent out to practices that the NIR database only holds records for patients whose date of birth is from 4/7/2005, they do not hold child immunisations for patient with an earlier birthdate. Practices will need to refer to their own records if requested for this information.
