You have been invited to provide feedback on Waikato DHB’s plan for Disability Responsiveness. Please see attached for times, dates and venues.
If you are unable to make any of the hui/events you still have an opportunity to feedback via the Website by clicking the link below or you can respond via email. Please ensure that Disability Responsiveness Plan is in the subject line so it reaches its destination without any hitches.
SIGN Language Interpreters
If you require a sign language interpreter please contact me as soon as you can, we will need to know who it is for and the location. Please Note, we already have interpreters attending the session in Hamilton on the 4th October.
